REGISTRATION/INSURANCE FEES

Toddler and Preschool - $85.00 (nonrefundable)	Kindergarten - $200.00 (nonrefundable)

for this 2008-2009 school year.

The financial agreement is for the entire school year Aug. 25th, 2008 through May 29th, 2009. Thirty day notice and one month of tuition is required if you take your child out of school at any time before May 29th, and one month's tuition is due, whether you keep your child at our school during that time or not.

All Saints' Day School is registered with EOB (tuition assistance, NV Dept. of Health and Human Services...Assistance and Support), 2500 W. Washington Ave. 89106. The EOB may not cover the whole cost of tuition, in which case the parents are responsible for the difference. The director will help you determine how much you would need to pay additionally to the assistance.)

Weekly payments are due on Monday of each week and past due after Wednesday. No refund will be given if removing your child from the program, and one month's written notice is required if withdrawing your child before the end of the school year.

Extended Day Care

$5.00 per hour or any part thereof unless your child is enrolled for Full Time fees.

Class Only tuition includes no more than a half hour before class and a half hour after class for you to drop off/pick up your child. Full Time includes up to 11.5 hours a day.

All parents (or authorized escorts approved by the parents) must sign their child in upon arrival at school and must sign their child out as they are picked up each day.
