CLASS SCHEDULE
REGISTRATION/INSURANCE FEES
If the school is notified of your intent to withdraw your child from our program at least one month prior (July 25th) to the first day of school (August 25, 2008), then you will not incur any additional fees. CLASS ONLY FEES
Monthly fees are due by the 1st day of each month and are past due after the 5th day of the month. A late fee of $20.00 will be charged for any payment made after the 5th of the month. The monthly fees are the same each month. There is no credit or prorating of fees for illness or other absences. If payments fall behind more than two weeks, your child will not be allowed to return to school the third week and may lose his/her class placement. No refund will be given if removing your child from the program, and one month's written notice is required if withdrawing your child before the end of the school year. FULL and
HALF TIME FEES
(Class and Day Care)
Weekly payments are due on Monday of each week and past due after Wednesday. If paying monthly or every 2 weeks, the fee must be paid on the Monday of the first week. A late fee of $15.00 per week will be charged if the account is not paid by Wednesday. If payments fall behind more than two weeks, your child will not be allowed to return to school the third week and may lose his/her class placement. $5.00 per hour Please Note: Any time over 15 minutes either before or after class will be charged as one hour. All parents (or authorized escorts
approved by the parents) must sign their child in upon arrival to the
day care or to the classroom and must sign their child out as they are picked up each day. Hourly day care fees are tabulated on Monday for the preceding week. This bill is payable upon receipt. |
